1. ITFixio “Support & Earn” Referral Program

At ITFixio, we believe great service is worth sharing — and now, it pays to do just that.

With our “Support & Earn” Referral Program, anyone can spread the word about ITFixio’s trusted IT services and earn rewards while helping others access them.

2. Who Can Refer?

  • Current ITFixio customers (individuals or businesses)

  • Past clients

  • Any individuals (including ITFixio employees or the general public)

If you know someone who could benefit from expert IT services, you can refer them!

3. Referral Rewards

For the Referrer (you): Choose one of the following:

  • 1 Free Month of IT Support (based on your plan tier, if applicable)

  • £50 Amazon Gift Card

  • £50 ITFixio Account Credit

For the Referred Client: Choose one of the following:

  • 10% Off First Month of IT Support

  • Free Initial Consultation or Setup

4. How It Works

  • You Refer → Email us the details of someone who needs IT services

  • They Join → Once they sign up and stay with us for 30 days…

  • You Earn → You choose your reward (free month, £50 gift card, or £50 credit)

  • They Save → Your referral gets 10% off their first month or a free consultation/setup

5. Conditions

  • Referral must result in a paying client on a support plan

  • Reward is given after the new client has stayed at least 30 days (to avoid abuse)

  • Referred client must not be an existing customer, a returning customer, or already in talks with ITFixio

  • No self-referrals

  • No limits on how many referrals you can make

6. How to Refer

Email us at referrals@itfixio.co.uk using this template:

“Hi ITFixio, I’d like to refer [Full Name, Company Name, Email] for your IT Services. They’re interested in learning more!”

For businesses/partners: We can provide a unique referral link for easy sharing and tracking.

What do I get for referring someone?

You’ll choose between:

    What does my referral receive?

    They’ll choose between:

    • 10% off their first month, or
    • A free initial consultation/setup
      What counts as a successful referral?
      • The referred business/person signs up for a paid ITFixio support plan, and
      • They remain active for at least 30 days.
        How do I submit a referral?

        Simply email referrals@itfixio.co.uk with the referral’s details (name, company name, email).
        Partners can request a unique referral link.

        Can I refer more than one person?

        Yes — there’s no cap on referrals or rewards.

        Are there any restrictions?
        • No self-referrals
        • Only new clients are eligible (not current, returning, or already in discussions with us)
        • Rewards are processed after 30 days of active service

        To keep things transparent and fair, we’ve outlined the terms and conditions for ITFixio’s ‘Support & Earn’ program.         ITFixio Referral Program – Terms & Conditions (“Support & Earn”)

        These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in the ITFixio Referral Program (“Program”). By taking part, you agree to the following:

        1. Eligibility

        • Open to current customers, past clients, and the general public (must be 18+).

        2. How to Participate

        • Referrers: Choose between 1 free month of support (plan tier matched), £50 Amazon gift card, or £50 ITFixio account credit.

        • Referred Clients: Choose between 10% off their first month or a free consultation/setup.

        4. Reward Conditions

        • A referral is only valid if the new client signs up for a paid support plan and remains active for 30 days.

        • No self-referrals or duplicate submissions.

        • Rewards are one per referred client (first referrer gets credit).

        • Rewards processed within 30 days after eligibility is confirmed.

        5. Taxes & Compliance

        • Referrers are responsible for any taxes on rewards.

        6. Program Changes

        • ITFixio may modify, suspend, or end the program at any time.

        • We reserve the right to deny rewards in cases of fraud, abuse, or breach of terms.

        7. Privacy

        • Data is handled per our Privacy Policy .

        • Referrers must obtain consent before sharing referral details.
